brodychach Posted April 20, 2011 Share Posted April 20, 2011 Hi All, I was wondering if anyone knew suppliers who sell hydrocolloids (xanthan gum, lecithin, guar gum, gellan, carageenan etc etc...) I know that American European products sells them but they are under the Ferran Adria (El Bulli) brand Texturas so they are unnecessarily expensive and there is a limited selection.
