guys print it and explain it to your wife/GF :D

you need ; a nice chicken

pepper, salt

red onions (shallots)

chillies( a few prik kinu)

garlic

"roddee"

"rak pak shee" (4\5) (vegetable ..ask to GF)

a big pot that you can cover with another one smaller.

make a "namprik" with garlic, red-onions, chillies(not too many), salt, pepper and roddee.

a little nampla (if you like salt)

stuff the inside of the chicken with this namprik, put it in the big pot, add a little water, (something like two glasses) and the "rak pak shee".

cover the big pot by the smaller one, fill up the small one(on the top) with cold water and try to keep this water cool, replace it if needed( don't open the big pot, empty with a pouch or something ...

allow to cook a "good hour" for a "normal sized"chicken.

try it, and you'll do it again :o
