I got a worm on my hotmail account and removed everything from my hotmail account. I deleted everything: drafts, addresses, old emails, trash, etc. and I still have the worm. I know because I added a bogus email address, later and still get delivery failed notices. I don't have a clue as what to do. Please advise.

Scan your computer for malware/viruses. You may also want to change your Hotmail password while you're at it.

That may identify the problem.

Do get a good anti-virus installed on the machine to prevent things like this.
