I have read over 75% of the posts on this thread but I haven't seen one comment about Burger King.  They are an international corporation (I think).  You people talk as if they make their decisions based on religion or politics or sensitivity....my guess is that their decision is just a business decision and in their estimate what they did will in the long run be best for their bottom line.....its all about money and I dare say that thier executives know more about generating profits in thier type of business than anyone here on TV.  If people don't like the decision they made then why don't you just write them a letter and tell them how displeased you are with their decision and why....it seems that they respond quite readily to criticism from their customers....maybe you could lie and tell them that you are Muslim....threaten a jihad if they DO change their packaging.

Crusades wuld be the proper term for those that are in christian countries. :o

Read the other 25% too Chownah. :o

Burger King are not part of the British government and they do not help co ordinate our foreign policy or internal security, if they feel they wish to take some ice cream tub cartons off the market for fear of offending potential customers then so be it, they are after all a business and are not in anyway associated with anti terrorist/terrorist organisations within the UK.

Sorry....but, you know, sometimes the bickering just bores me...anyway its a good idea and bears repeating!!!

A bore is a vacuum cleaner of society, sucking up everything and giving nothing. Bores are always eager to be seen talking to you.

a woman wants to have a drivers license in the US with her picture with a hood on

Good point Kringle. Why is it that in MOST Middle East countries, women are not allowed to drive but then they come to the West and it's OK for them to drive. What the <deleted> is that all about. Do they abandon all of their beliefs on the plane?

I would appreciate anybody (except Thomas) views on this.

Bigots don't always get what they appreciate - and certainly not from me.

It's because of your responses like this, as to why, i asked for you not to reply................but you just couldn't resist could you. Maybe i just don't understand your humour or maybe you need to look at the "Irony" thread. :o
