I was planning to cook something lately, one of the main ingredients i need it's called in italian "colla di pesce", litterally "fish glue", which usually is sold in the shape of leaves and i believe it's called in UK just "gelatin leaves", but i can't recall to have seen it anywhere...any suggestions? thanks

Bakery supply shop ... they usually carry Gelita-brand imported from Germany

Gelatine leaves are also available in Lotus. Also Gelita brand. Yellow packaging.

Gelita, in thin leaves at 40 baht for 10 is widely available in professional shops and good supermarkets, in KPG too!
