hello ,has anyone applied for an ED (education ) visa outside thailand .if so where did u apply ,what was the fee ,what documents did u need and what school are u using .

You might need to be a little bit more specific. It makes a big difference if you apply in Europe or in a neighbouring country. In neighbouring countries you will need the paperwork from school and will only get a single ED-visa.

The key is the school and its accreditation. You need to talk with them and ask if they can provide required documents.
