I think you can renew about 30 days before the due date. Go much earlier and they will tell you to come back. At least that's been my experience.

I usually do it about 30 days in advance here in Phuket, but have a friend that does his 45 days before as he flys out for the summer for work. They ask to see his ticket and reason for early renewal but always give it to him. This is in Bangkok.

I did mine nearly 2 months before my due date last year. This was because at the time I was doing my 90 day report, so did the two together. Nothing was said. I guess it depends on the immigraton office and/or the officer dealing with you.

And you appear to be in Pattaya from previous postings and that office was allowing up to 90 days early for a short period last year. No other office did so and believe they have lowered the window there to 60 days or less now.
