Know of any full-size football pitches that can be used for a one-off social game of football?

Preferably, anyhwere between Kathu in the north and Rawai in the south.

Contact names and numbers would be appreciated if you know of anywhere.

I've never known much about it, but there'e some facilities, which I believe include a full size pitch, just the other side of Khao Khud view point. It being something to do with fifa rings bells. Perhaps someone could fill in the details.

Or Saphin Hin isn't too out of the way. Some nice pitches there. There contact details shouldn't be too hard to find on line.

There is a new artificial grass pitch around the back of Makro and another in Phuket Town not far from Robinsons. They are both split into sections suitable for 7-a-side games but I guess you could hire the entire space for 11-a-side.

You could also try the Fifa pitch in Cape Panwa, next to Borae School.

Obviously you will have to pay for any of these pitches.

That pitch is perfect, although there are " keep off" signs about.

There is a good pitch in Chao Fa Thani housing compound near my house, off Chao Fa west Road opposite TOT office . Friends of Kata Group FC management told me quote

"1) Please kindly check conditions of our football pitch if it is suitable.

2) Please advise the date and time required.

3) By Monday, we will be able to check its availability and suitable rental fees."
