I want to know the best place to find people for it.

I wouldnt mind a university student with exp, or someone who does it for living.

I just want quality video for decent price with some sample videos.

They could even use my HD camera for the project.

Please advise

I think you will do better with this in the Phuket forum. ;)

Can You leave it in main area because phuket doesnt have much traffic, and I would be willing to pay transportation and accommodation to phuket for right person from chiang mai or bangkok

You could possibly try a company called Helicam. They normally do both aerial movie and still photography, but also take ground shoots where this may enhance an aerial contract.

I know they can do movie stuff in Full HD, and the stills are seriously high resolution.

Their website is www.helicam.asia, and they're based in the Chalong area.

There may be production houses (err outfits) in Phuket but you should look to BKK for the real quality (but then again that depends on your budget, but with 2 weeks to shooting ohmy.gif).

If you want quality, go with a pro - lots of amateurs out there hawking their wares.

Best of luck. I hope you find what you need. If you want to go the BKK-route, PM me and I can point you toward some great production houses.

For the lens nerds:

Red Optimo 12x mmmmmmmmm :) :

For an impartial view from someone who knows so much about Phuket people and business, try to get Alastair Forbes on the phone at the new newspaper, The Phuket News.

If you can reach him, he's very free with good advice.

And if you want something similar in Chiang Mai & the north, PM me.
