hi out there.

I have a question about visa. I am confused about all the rules and regulations. and also it is difficult to get a clear answer from a thai.

I am interested in getting a visa for as long as possible of course.

my situation is:

I am retired because of an accident in my home country(denmark) and get therefore money from my goverment the rest of my life.

33 years old.

have a permament adress in samui.

and of course a danish passport.

I dont want to make a thai compagny og several reasons.

so what are my options?

thanks

Three million baht investment is probably your best option if you have the cash you can tie up. If not you can at best become a non immigrant O visa runner with 90 day stays between border runs and obtaining a new visa every 15 months or so (most likely only available from a western country).
