Thai Family Have No House To Register Under

Firstly the computer system is having problems, there is another recent thread discussing this. My gf is a bit scatter brained and loses her ID card about once a year, never a problem the local office knows me well and just give her a new one while she waits. This last time though she had to wait 3 months as the system was down, you get a yellow paper document instead.

I have two houses and two house books, in her name of course. I have several times added other people onto my books for a while so they can register. Even if you rent a place you should be entered in the owner's house book, if he/she refuses then some swindle is being done.

The only people outside the system are squatters and illegals, even these often pay or persuade someone to enter them in a book.
