Nice fish.. by the look of it between 20 and 30 kg standard Bungsamran size. Yes i know it was in cha am. Quite a good catch for there though.

I could be mistaken but you seem to have no problem holding it and it looks like one of those sizes. I caught and really weighed many. I caught a big 51 kg one the lokals said was 60-70 so guessing usually does not work.

Had a 40 kg one they said was 60.. they were amazed when i weighed it and it was less then they thought.

Yeh I'd go with that, was thinking closer to 30kgs than 20 though

Nice catch. It is one of the best bang for the buck there. It is cheap to fish and no so crowded.

I am happy with any suggestions over 30kgs, it was great sport and yes cheap, the staff good and friendly. Will return asap. Up to Buriram next month so going to try my luck up there.
