Mafia, transnational crime syndicates! Worst thing I ever saw here was a bar girl beating up a guy.

I know the jetski scam, and police extortion exist, but it all seems more about some different place than the Pattaya I know.

not really, just that its corrupt and extortion is the main business and its a possible terrorist target, but no one has a clue whats going on or if they do they arent telling. interesting that some gangter called Kamnan Poh supposedly runs the whole show, but he was on bail and probably going to jail, so he cant have total control, its dated 2005 so a little out of date

Note that this truly silly question was posed at 1:23 a.m.- Surely, anyone (who;s not drunk!) can see that Pattaya could never, ever, exist as it does in Thailand... anywhere in the U.S.A.
