Am researching the real estate scene of Krabi and Koh Lanta. Does anybody know of quality residential investment projects that would interest expats from Asia, Europe, UK & US?

Koh Lanta seems fairly self-contained but the Krabi property scene appears more dislocated.

The information required is for a property magazine article so perhaps you can PM me with contact information of developers?
