It's quite simple in fact. Look at Google and magic yourselves with a LARGE Mediterranean map:

Read which countries are -out- and it leaves what you're looking for. Than narrow it down...

Can't be that hard, also, since I gave away a major hint about this city but I'm not going to tell again which hint that was.
