I went to the Immigration Department at Nakhon Sawan yesterday morning to get some information about visa extensions.

I am currently on a retirement extension due to expire towards the end of August and the way the currency is fluctuating THB/GBP it seemed like a good idea to ask.

At 10.30 when I got there I was the only customer and downstairs were a couple of younger ladies and one a bit older who can speak very good (British) :whistling: English.

I explained what I was looking for and she gave me 2 copies of their requirements and also 2 copies of their locally produced booklet.

I have reduced the size by 50% to save some space.

I have had to give up trying to load the booklet as it keeps telling me that no file is selected.

Sorry.

4 photos are required though the lady did not specify what they were.

Don't forget that retirement also allows for the combination of yearly income and money in the bank in Thailand, together totaling 800,000.

That second document is a new form that is provided during application and has to be filled out and signed. Bangkok had the same form to sign when I extended for retirement last week.
