If i buy a condo for less then <10 million baht, does that change anything on my visa options? I am pretty sure i cant apply for an investment visa because it is below 10mil, but do i really have to do the tourist/ed visa route even if i buy a condo for like 6 million here?

I am too young for a retirement visa also, so that isn't an option either.

Nothing changes.

Getting married will give you another visa option (but only if to someone of the opposite sex).

Another option -- rent. Although I did this myself for retirement, I question the wisdom of committing to real estate ownership in a country that doesn't offer you a commitment to secure residency. As a younger working person you could achieve that here but it sounds like you don't want or need to work here.
