That put an end to any ideas of lighting up.

A truly sobering experience indeed.

I smoke Lots and lots... It´s very bad for me, but then I only smoke when I´m not sipping my drink.

I've been smoke-free since April '05 as well. Did it just before my daughter's 2nd birthday. Definitely feel much better now. I'm not an expat yet, but a future expat when retirement comes around.
