A Thai was employed by a US (quasi-registered Thai) company. He has been paid with only promises (for future payment) for the past 3 months or so. If he resigns, is he entitled to keep company equipment equivalent to the amount he is owed?

Been through the Civil and Commercial codes but can't find a darn thing that addresses this particular issue. Can anyone clarify?

Contact the labour office, they are there to help you in these kind of situations and will even go to court on your behalf if need be.
