^^^This may interest some^^^ - More interesting to my mind was the stated statistic - 60% of the muslim population in the middle east is under 20 years old! this was used in justification of introducing cartoons.

Western countries are of course battling the other end of the spectrum "ageing populations".

Anyone have any information on the % of the Thai populace under 20 years old.

Can't find the breakdown at that age but here from CIA facts.

0-14 years: 23.9% (male 7,988,529/female 7,633,405)

15-64 years: 68.6% (male 22,195,625/female 22,731,767)

65 years and over: 7.5% (male 2,251,112/female 2,643,933) (2005 est.)
