Late November is the early stage of the cool season in Thailand.

You can check out low temperatures (and highs) from this website... just click on the region you would like to visit, and view the results.

November is a transitional month. The rains gradually taper off throughout the month.

so , when u come, it's going the High season at Phuket (November through mid-April is known as "high season" in Phuket and along the west coast)

at Koh Samui , you can get some wet (Hi-season strat from Dec-Apr)

about beach in the south east part as koh Samed ,Kho Chang, and islets is the good choce to go there (Hi-season Oct. - May.)

and worth to go to the North part in TH coz its going to be winter
