Pheu Thai Has Evidence To Prove Democrats Violated Electoral Law

If PTP has evidence they should produce it. If it is valid then the Dems should get the axe. However, if it like past doctored evidence put forward by PTP MP's then .....

I think the Op would suggest PTP intend to produce it.........and I am sure if the EC do require any instruction on how to do their job......you will be their first point of call...

Would that be like the video evidence they said they were going to produce on the judges, or maybe the video evidence they were going to provide in the censure debate.

:) PTP MP's have "produced" evidence in the past .. that is the issue :) Why they have not done so yet .... perhaps post-production issues?

Nice troll reply. Very clever.

But on the contrary, I'll be the one who is laughing at your bitching and whining for the next 4, 8 or 12 years!

Who knows, maybe even longer than that. Hello PT and bye bye dirty dems. clap2.gif

Very naive to assume any party in Thailand is not "dirty". PT does seem to rank above most of the others though.

Given that the EC is going to make their announcement on Tuesday, you would think the PTP would provide the video evidence earlier ... unless they haven't prepared it yet, of course.

On Tuesday the EC will rule.

After the ruling the PTP will present their tape but the EC will reject it because they announced their decision already and the case is closed now.

So the tape, which in fact can contain an episode of Fawlty Towers, will never been seen by anyone still PTP supporters will think they were treated unfair and believe that there really is video evidence which is not allowed to be shown.

In the interests of full investigation, justice and ensuring the result is fair......do you think the EC maybe shoud postpone any endorsements that maybe be affected until later.....

In the interests of a full investigation, the PTP should have supplied any video evidence that they have when they lodged the complaint.

Your argument is unfounded and does not respect the applicable law.

The evidence will be supplied in compliance with the requirements. That is all that matters. It is no different than when a civil plaintiff brings suit 1 1/2 years after an event, it is acceptable because it falls within the legal prescription. Whether or not the timeline of this case meets your criteria is unimportant. All that matters is that the timeline complies with the law. In this case, the complainants intend to satisfy the legal prescription. You have no argument. You are complaining for the sake of complaining. For someone that went on about the need to respect the law, I recommend that you follow your own mantra.

But the plaintiff didn't bring the suit 1&1/2 years after the event. They brought the suit last week.

And now they are saying they are going to provide more evidence on the day that the EC has said that they are going announce the results of their investigation. Why didn't the PTP provide the evidence when they lodged their complaint? Why didn't the PTP provide their evidence today when they said they had it? Why don't the PTP lodge it first thing tomorrow so that the EC can examine it BEFORE they make their decision? WHY WAIT??? I think that's a pretty good argument.

Short term memory loss, possible Alzheimer's symptoms? I seem to remember your strong advocacy of the B300 minimum wage, a policy even PTP has accepted is unworkable in the short term, and probably the long.

'and probably the long' .......so not entirely dismissed....just enough indecision there to make your attempted put down invalid......like I say....let us wait and see......but I have no reservations in openly stating I would like to see the 300 baht a day minimum wage introduced and I believe it is possible

Am I the only one who finds it rather splendid that he's addressing the forum on behalf of the rest of the world?

So, today's the day that the PTP will be presenting the evidence, just after the EC make their decision.

And then they'll scream blue (red) murder about how they weren't given a chance to show how Abhisit cheated.

Personally I'm wondering if the rest of the world really cares ;)

Which can only mean you have no business experience to believe such a plan would work without hurting the very people it was touted to help. Saying you believe something is possible is really easy to do, but rather than just say it, why not lay out the reasons as to how and why you believe it more so in the face of all the common financially related reasons why it would not work.

I believe PT will work to make the 300 baht minimum wage a reality in their term in office.......the political reasons are really quite obvious. An annual 15% lifting of the minimum wage would be possible without too much trouble........there not too difficult was it?

So, where's the evidence?

looks like they did not need to bring to the table , yingluck was oked by the EC .

So the evidence against the Democrats was only relevant if Yingluck wasn't endorsed. I understand now.

I wonder what will happen when the red shirt leaders don't get endorsed. It will mysteriously appear again?
