Maestro
Can anyone tell me if a Thai can still own a house or land in thailandwhen she is married and registered with a non thai man. As far as I know: yes, but if the foreign husband inherits it he will have to sell it to a Thai national.
geordie
Marktdag The law on this has changed, before a Thai married to forreigner could not own land. The law has now changed. My wife is Thai and we have built a house, and land and house is in my wifes name. Hope this helps you.
