best pain killer over the counter
Tramadol - It won't necessarily kill the pain, but it keeps you happy in a warm fuzzy glow sorta way so you don't care so much about being in pain. You have to shop around for 50mg Tram. You'll find it most likely at some Mom & Pop pharmacy. Maybe 10% of the pharmacies carry it and the big pharmacies usually don't. However about half will carry Ultraset which is 37.5mg Tramadol in a paracetamol tablet. I'll warn you up front. You'll develop tolerance to it if you use it for an extended period of time. Guaranteed. Then you'll be tempted to bump the dose. A dose of 50 mg a day is a start, but I don't recommend ever going over 150 mg/day. Just don't! Taper until you've quit and take a break for a month, then go back on. Most people can't wean themselves off of opioids if they were unable to control their intake in the first place. "Tickling the dragon" as opposed to "Chasing the dragon." You don't want to chase the dragon - ever. Most people get burnt. Gotta use restraint with any class of opioids. If you have addictions issues - Tramadol probably isn't for you. THC - get a medical slip and buy away. Like Tramadol is takes your mind off the pain. Acupuncture - it CAN be effective. Try it. It will either work, or not. Alternating heat and cold packs. Ice therapy - read up on Wim Hof's technique. Yoga. The usual OTC crap like NSAIDs and paracetalmol if you don't mind kidney or liver damage respectively. -

Is Tax my Responsibility, can my UK company ask to pay UK tax?
No, I don’t get it , why I’m asking. From internet Whether you need to pay UK tax while living and working in Thailand for a UK company depends on your residency status and the nature of your income. Here's a clear breakdown: 🇬🇧 UK Tax Residency Rules The UK uses the Statutory Residence Test (SRT) to determine if you're a UK tax resident. You're generally not a UK tax resident if: You've spent fewer than 16 days in the UK during the tax year (or fewer than 91 days if you're a non-resident for the previous 3 years). You work full-time overseas (at least 35 hours/week) and spend fewer than 91 days in the UK, with no more than 30 workdays in the UK. ✅ If you are not UK tax resident, then you do not pay UK income tax on your foreign earnings — even if the company is based in the UK. i haven’t been to the UK for over 5 years. -
