Where To Go For Unlock Hotmail Account,In Pattaya?

Featured Replies

As the topic says,my hotmail account has been locked for some time due to the account sending out spam emails,my pc had virus before..so hotmail locked the email account because of to many spam emails..so question is.where to go for unlock the hotmail account, anybody had similar problem and got them fixed in pattaya or bkk?

Open a new account.

The old account has a special question you need to answer to reopen the account.

Open a new account.

Not a very nice option if you've had an account for a long time. I've had mine for 13 years.

It's very important to list another working email address in case your account is hacked and you can't get in - to easily change your password. Same with Yahoo. Now would be a good time for anyone with an account to add an email address in account options.

As this is rather computer than Pattaya related, I move this into the computer section.

Just trying to check if I've previously done what you suggested. Am in profile but can't see option re additional email address ??

Edited in-ok have got it now-apologies. Unfortunately it lists an obsolete email address for me already and to remove it I need to get into that old account which obviously cant do-have another question asking me what first car was so no problem should I get locked out.

As someone says who's has his for 13 years (mine 11 years)it would be an absolute nightmare to even try to set up another account.

If you contact Hotmail you should just be able to get a new password. I had the same thing happen with my AOL account and I contacted AOL and they explained why the account was locked (someone hijacked it and spammed everyone) I changed the password and continued to use the account.
