If one should work as a Rep for a Foreighn company in Thailand.

What would the snaggs be in applying for a exstension of stay in order to work ?

Does that company have to be registered in Thailand.

Yes the company has to be registered in Thailand or have an office here that is registered, for a foreigner to get an extension and a Work Permit.

In order to get a work permit wont you need to employ 4 Thai? Or does this no apply to a rep office.
