Debothai
Dear Friends, I have a multi-entry non-O visa based on marriage and a work permit for one year. My first entry was given a 90 day stay, but my second entry was given only a 60 day stay. Unfortunately, I didn't notice this just after the stamp went on in Suvarnabhumi...I noticed it a few days later...What is my best course of action? Is this a new rule, or has the officer in charge made a mistake? If I exit again, will I get a 90 days stamp? Can I go and do the one year extension? lopburi3
You can just do your next for 90 days. And remember to check. You can visit immigration at Chiang Watanna to correct your current stamp to 90 days. You can extend your stay for one year if you meet the conditions. Either for job or marriage. saengsureeya
Whatever you do, do it before the date on the permission to stay stamp is getting overdue.
