Motorbike Taxi Driver killed in North Pattaya hit-and-run road accident

PATTAYA: -- A motorbike taxi driver was killed following a hit-and-run accident on the Naklua Road. Police and Rescue Services rushed to the location just before 4am and initially dealt with Khun Amnoy aged 46 who had sustained a fatal head trauma and was lying on the road, in front of his damaged motorbike. A crucial piece of evidence was left at the scene which identified the vehicle which left the scene following the crash. A front car bumper was recovered from a Black Toyota Yaris with the license plate number 9175 from Chonburi. Police are now locating the owner of the car while the family of Khun Amnoy, who soon arrived at the scene, is dealing with their loss.

Yes, but without a witness, how do you prove who wad driving the car at the time if the accident?

Considering how reckless so many taxi drivers are, I'm really surprised there are not several deaths a week.
