Visa Extension Renewal

My retirement visa extension expires Jan 5. I normally re-apply 3 weeks before. Does anyone know how many days in advance of the extension expiration date you can re-apply for the extension? Also, how many days in advance, prior to going to immigration can you get a the US consulate letter of income?

30 days early is the most normally allowed.

No set time on Embassy letter but 3 months seems to be accepted.

i asked the same question yesterday,ex.due 10jan,90day report 26nov,could i do the 2together,after i posted i found the receipt for last years ex.dated 8nov.
