Burmese Navy Generals visit Sattahip Navy Base

SATTAHIP: -- In an effort to consolidate already strong relations with their Burmese counterparts, the Royal Thai Navy received an official delegation of senior officers from the Burmese Navy on Tuesday. The group was led by Admiral Nyan Tun, Commander-in-Chief of the Burmese Navy and they were welcomed by Rear Admiral Sontaya, Deputy Commander of the Royal Thai Marine Corp. The purpose of their visit was to see the Navy Museum at the Sattahip Navy Base, a visit which was thoroughly enjoyed by the Burmese Navy officers, who were all presented with Thai Navy Caps at the conclusion of their museum tour. The Burmese group will continue a tour of the Sattahip Navy Base
