Document Translation,,Uk Visit Visa,Tgf

Featured Replies

Hi all,can anyone help,do i have to get my girfriends property deeds translated into English for visa people(uk tourist visa) and does anyone know of a good place where we can do this in....bangkok?advice allways appreciated,,foomanchu...

All documents not in English should be accompanied by a certified translation.

Any reputable translation office will do this for you; can't recommend any particular one, sorry.

We can do these for her if required if she calls our office she can post them.

I have recently got a family visit visa for my wife to the UK and all of her documents and our marriage certificate where not translated into English.

Hope it helps

thanks guys for replies

We used a place in Ploen Chit right next to the BTS station for the translations. I see that someone has mentioned that they didn't translate their documents, I can't comment on that, only that we did.

We had some issues with the name on the title deeds so it's currently in my wife's sister's name. So we got the sale contract translated, along with the marriage certs, tabien baan etc. They did it all in a day and we got the visa so, if you do decide to have translations, give them a try.

There are about 3 or 4 translation companies in the same soi, it's literally right where you come out from Ploen Chit BTS, on the opposite side of the road to where you would start walking to the UK embassy.
