Im applying for a tourist visa and I was wondering if there is a website to fill it out and print it for free? I cant write so well because of my arthritis, so filling it out online would be easier.I remember using a site before, but dont remember what it was. Thanks!

Not everywhere uses the same form so unless from the Consulate involved it may not be accepted. If you apply at a Consulate in this region there will almost always be someone willing to fill it in for a small fee.

Thanks Lopburi. Im still in Georgia, USA. Im coming to Thailand soon for that medical procedure.... Are there different forms for the different consulates? I found this site but it doesnt list Atlanta as one of the forms...http://www.traveldocs.com/th/visa.pdf

You might want to call your local Consulate and ask them if there is an online form you can use explaining your writing problems (or just download and have a friend fill in for you). If you plan to use Atlanta they do not appear to have a web site. I have not seen anything but print and fill in forms online and many are specific to a Consulate.

You could call Atlanta and ask them if the Embassy form could be used - I suspect they may allow it.

I'm not surprised they don't return calls or email.

I would use the DL from the consulate or from Washington DC and that is all.

If you can find a site that has an online app be aware that site may be also stealing your personal information. All VERY juicy!

Thats a good point about stealing my information, I never even thought about it because you cant save the file, all you can do is fill it out and print it. But who knows, maybe they have access to the information somehow.

maybe someone can prepare the form on line and post it...

i know there are some pdf application where you can just fill the box and print the form, better than filing with a pen.

how to do that?, or someone interested to make the TR form and maybe later we could do other forms and ask the thai visa moderator to post them on line ?

what do you think?

As pointed out the forms are often specific to the Consulate concerned. MFA used to have a download form available (not sure if still do) but many Consulates would not accept it.
