Hi all, this may have been mentioned before, but Iound out the other day that Home Mart can supply complete house plans from their main Bangkok branch, most regional branches do supply brochures of roof plans also containing small scale floor plans, but if you find a plan/style you like from those smaller scale brochures you can then obtain a complete plan from Home Mart's bkk branch, of course you still have to get the engineers signature but some of the plans I saw were quite interesting therefore I thought worth mentioning again if it has already been covered..

all Tessabaan in TH have complete houseplans detailed enough to qualify for buildingpermit, at very low prices

Hi kata, thanks for the additional info, also looked at the sub government ( "oboto" in the wife's best pronunciation haha) office in our area, they had quite a few plans available there too, but just thought to refresh the info about the home mart outlets, since I personally hadn't seen this mentioned on the forum.
