A "Will" Made In Malaysia

My uncle has bought a condo in Thailand.

He has made a "Will" in Malaysia that his condo

and all his money in the Thai bank will be given

to his nephew after his demise.

His "Will" is written in English in Malaysia.

Is this "Will" valid in Thailand.

Please kindly advise.

No, a Thai will is needed for assets in Thailand although his heir may be able to fight his case through the courts some expense. Much easier to have a Thai will drawn up and saves problems for his future heirs.
