Options For Families Spending 2-3 Months In Chiang Mai?

Featured Replies

I am coming to Thailand in January for 2-3 months with my 8 year old twins. Does anyone have any suggestions for things they could do on a regular basis aside from being enrolled in an international school? Are there places they could go for even a few hours a day, just to give them and to give me a break.

The limitation on enrolling them in a school is not only the timing (since they will not be there for an entire term), but more importantly the high cost of international schools in Chiang Mai. I am waiting to hear back from several schools about fees, and whether it will be possible to enroll them in the January term. If there were options aside from full time school, then my wife and I could handle the schooling part since we are both educators.

Any suggestions would be very much appreciated!
