Moving Advice Chiang Mai

Moving out to the country in a couple of weeks and need to move a lot of stuff. Can anyone advise on where to rent a cheap truck for a couple of days. Nothing fancy, just need to haul a few loads from central CM to San Sai.

Also, can anyone advise on dumping and/or recycling. Lot's of old stuff to get rid of - old mattress, old clothes, broken household appliances. Would prefer to take it somewhere that will recycle/reuse, rather than throwing it all in a landfill. Anyone know of any one place that does this?
