Neil Smart - Cowboy Builders

Featured Replies

there is a program now on UK TV called Cowboy Builders

His name is neil Smart, from Cardiff they mentioned he has ripped off tens of thousands in the uk and now operating in Thailand

anyone come across him?

I will sue you if you name me one more time. Remember we are in Thailand and here i can sue you for libel even if its true. Just look at what all the politicians do :D

This has already been covered on Thai visa a year ago.

Here is the link to the thread:

There was also a British documentary about him.

Apparently this guy is a real slimey charactor and has the appearence of a rat.

Last that was heard of him, is that he is hiding out in Pattaya somewhere and he left his mother (who was also in with his scams) to take all the flake back in Cardiff.

The mother was featured in the documentary and is another real piece of work.
