Rimmer Posted October 14, 2011 Share Posted October 14, 2011 Pattaya Mayor travels to Larn Island to deal with Land Concession Issues PATTAYA: -- The Mayor of Pattaya, Khun Itipon, travelled to Larn Island on Thursday to see for himself the issues surrounding the land concession dispute, led by residents of the Island. He travelled to the areas of land which have been cleared and also inspected a number of new developments along the beaches which need further investigations by the Land Office, according the Mayor. At the conclusion of his visit, the Mayor met with residents and confirmed that he would like to see the Island develop into one of the leading tourist destinations in Thailand but understands that public consultations are essential, to avoid disputes in the future.
