News some hour ago, think it was CH3 but don't remember (wasn't actively watching it), is that there are reports of thieves ransacking homes in deeply flooded areas as the owners have all left.

That's when you need the army.

An army under control of the executive branch and not given Cart Blanch.

Army helping the nation out of another mega problem, BUT my question is a serious one---Where are the thousands of police now, there are no boat checkpoints, What are they doing, as I have not heard of any news that they are there in force -- with brown sleeves rolled up. Has anyone told them most of the problems of theft and related things--like get your fingers out till the roads are dry, and forget your job descriptions :lol:
