Need Help With Company Start-Up

Featured Replies

Hey! can anyone let me know or inbox me the details for a reputable honest accounting or law firm that can assist me to set up a company in Thailand?

Ive been driving myself crazy looking at different websites and emailing firms to get told different stories and dramatically different prices for these services.

I am looking to start a couple of small business's and i understand the whole 51% thai ownership stuff, but if anyone can let me know of a place that they use that I can trust to not rip me off - any help would be appreciated!

Many Thanks :)

Amy

Sunbelt Asia offers highly competitive rates on company startups and has been in the business for more than 10 years. We were the first to lower our prices and while some other firms have followed suit, not all offer as competitive prices as we do. Please feel free to contact us via PM with your email address for further information

One thing you might not be aware of, is that not all companies require 51% Thai ownership. Something that Sunbelt Asia, as an American Thai company formed under the Amity treaty shows that we are well aware that not all Thai companies owned by foreigners must have 51% Thai ownership.
