any girls out there like Thai men - I guess if I were a woman I'd figure the majority were fairly ugly ,short specimens with little willies?

not meaning to offend anyone with a Thai boyfriend but most of the Western women I met before coming here seemed to give me that impression.

Simon - answer is yes. There are many thai lads with farang gf(s)/wifes - don't believe all the stereotypes - apparently not true. (some of the ladies will point out this fact I'm quite sure)

The first place I stayed in Thailand was Raleih beach...Most of the people who go there are climbers...

I was not much into climbing myself...but I met a nice english people who convinced me to do it...

After a while a was tired for all the climbing so I just sat and watch...My god!!! this thai climbers guides!!!! Imagine the picture...because the staff they eat (very healthy...) and all the climbing they have this tone bodies where not a bit of fat is to spare...also they have this nice skin colour...a piece of art. If to this nice shape body you add a beautiful exotic face... And they way the move, like a gecko...up to the wall

At one point I turned my head and I saw a Farang guy, with a flubby bum, sweating like crazy and crab colour skin...trying to reach to the top like a bear...

So some thai men are just...SO HANDSOMES...

Not hard feelings guys...But you start the thread...

It's not a common sight to see a FF with a TM but it's certainly not unheard of.

Angela who works at the Embassy has a Thai husband and a friend of mine, Sarah has a Thai fella - albeit a difficult one.

I'm all for balance me, though there's a long way to go yet.

Will-y, we're not debating willies here but rather the whole package. I've never really entered into the argument too far as the few Thai guys I dared to spend time with proved rather un-complement-ary (sp?) I fear to tread there again!!

when i have seen thai blokes with farang women they look like women who wouldnt be able to get a bloke back home .oversized or not hot looking etc ....but like thai women with beer bellied specimens ,if they can latch onto somebody to get them out of the country to the west they take it.

Do you think this applies to everybody and every relationship?

I have seen many beautiful farang women with handsome thai males. Also the other way round handsome farang men with pretty thai woman...I have seen all kind of matches here as well as in Europe.

There's one gal I rent to who's pretty cute with a couple Thai fellas. Usually dates motorcycle taxi guy it seemss. Another tenant of mine is less attractive (but still a solid 6 or 7) but has a lot of action as well. On the whole, for better or worse, IMO you get a lot of "rejects" (and I don't mean that in a condescending way**) from both the west and locally pairing up, whether we're talking about guys or girls from either place.

**NOT bad people. Just not exactly top of the crops. For local girls, an awful lot who have had children from previous local marriages or out of wedlock, older and out of their prime; for local guys, an awful lot who are taxi drivers, beach bums, "musicians," etc., for foreign gals: again, often out of their prime, overweight (of course this might just be a relative local bias); foreign guys: well come on, "you hansum man" aside, surely most of ya'll still have some grip on reality.

Again, this isn't everyone. If anything, it's the beautiful couple, well to do, young, etc. that always comes onto the scene once in awhile that's a reminder and puts pretty much everyone in their place.

Never tried a thai guy, but agree that a lot of them are gorgeous to look at - and i'm sure the myth about willies is unfounded..

Sometime is not the size of the willy that matters guys...

And sometimes is just so nice to look someone gorgeous...just for the sake to look...like a beautiful flower...
