Bangkok To Korat

Featured Replies

Gday i'm landing in Bangkok on wednesday 26th October in the morning & was wondering if any buses or taxi's will be running up to Korat City :jap:

Or would you recommend a flight up to Khon Kaen with thai airways spending a night there then coming back down to Korat on the bus?

The guy who normally drive's me around in Thailand has said no to driving me up there :(

Cheers for any info

Obviously we all hope it gets better & safer soon :)

Currently it is passable and expect will remain so for bus but suspect it may soon be too flooded for cars as there is a huge amount of water headed towards highways North of the airport.

Suspect there will still be a route to Issaan come what may. The high level Bangna Trat would take traffic sufficiently far south (Chonburi if necessary, but more likely around Chachonsao) to come back up the 304 and over the hills
