Hi ,

Can anyone tell me where to find the Goverment appraisal figures for land rental in Phuket.

I understand that each year figures are produced which give an official indication of the value of land for rent or sale based on location etc.

I have a dispute with my land lord and in our contract there was a clause that refered back to this figure ,, if I knew where to find it !!!

The local land department will have it. Do you have a copy of the title deed?
