There is a row of 8 townhouse that the drains run out to the main sewer on the road,

It is full of silt thats backing up the sewerage to the houses.

We need a company that has a equipment to suck out the silt and powerwash.

Tried to find out if there was anywhere to buy proper drainrods

If you can see the silt then an average hosepipe will do something as the silt needs to be agitated. If you cannot see it and are assuming it is silt then it is probably grease as most drain blockages in Thailand are from kitchen grease.

You will not do any harm buy buying a packet or two of grease dissolver , usually green packet, from a hardware shop. (locals use it too!).

HomePro sells drain unplugging hardware.

I think it would be hard to find drains in this town which are not blocked! In Soi 5 Jomtien they tried to clean out the drains about six years ago, gave up outside Simple Simons as there were cars parked over the access covers. To my knowledge that has been the only time in ten years, and I assume this laziness or incompetence is commonplace throughout Pattaya.
