Fookhaht
Add insect repellent. We're hearing some terrible stories of flood victims getting eaten alive by mosquitoes at night which thrive in the stagnant water areas. It's bad enough in normal times! Bpuumike
Toilet paper, earplugs and a raincoat aren't exactly essential. What are you going to do with your electronic gadgets if there's no electricity? Same goes for your Visa card as ATM's wouldn't be working either. It will get you cash from the bank though if you have your passport and if the bank has cash. The comment about condoms isn't so frivoulous as they will protect quite a few small items from water. Perhaps that's why the French and Spanish call them preservatives Food for more thought?
