So I know it's not a flood topic, but Halloween is coming up, and in previous years I got some nice 'injured face' make up done at the Emporium... does anybody know if they're doing it again this year or anywhere else that has the same thing set up..?

Amazingly, life actually does go on for Thai and foreigner alike. Shops and restaurants and bars and cinemas and work places and gyms etc etc are still open and busy.
