Apparently the Bangkok Metropolitan have delivered free sand bags to protect the house. If you look carefully at the bags you can see the words Bangkok Metropolitan printed on them. BMA did not deliver them. you're guess is as good as mine to what actually happened. All I can say is at least it shows they (the Shinawatras) cocked up their own flood defense as well.
