Does anyone know the status of the area around Praram 9 & the hospital there? can you get access or under water?

Water is very far from this hospital / area

Phra Ram 9 still dry by today. But water is approaching as per news reports.

Huai Kwang and Phra Ram 9 is still dry but water is so close and I think it's only a matter of time, the water is 1m+ at Lad Phrao intersection this Sunday morning and moving around at speed.

Went to Praram 9 today, not a drop of water in sight however they are starting to put up sandbags round the entrance to the hospital and also increasing the height of a surounding wall by about a meter.
