it's for one tooth, I'd like to get one without a big plate that gives you a lisp.

As many expates as well as Thais know, Grace Dental Clinic is outstanding although certainly not inexpensive. When you first go in I would recommend you see the boss Dr. Karakot (who happens to be a prosthodontist) I have been going there for 7 or 8 years and always have had the best care.
