She went and got measured, and they told her size 51. We dont know if it is in thai or the french sizing. Does anyone know how to convert this to US sizing?

If she is in Thailand I would go shopping with her here rather than buying something yourself. They do make excellent rings here and that includes diamonds if that is in the cards.
